Il documento è composto da 122 carte manoscritte su carta e rilegate in in forma di libretto con una copertina di pergamena. La copertina è composta da un vecchio foglio di manoscritto su pergamena riusato, originalmente era legata al libretto ma adesso è scucita e perciò fotografata separatemente.

The document is made up by 122 "carte" of manuscript on paper media. The sheets are bound in a libretto format with a parchment cover. The Cover is a reused piece of parchment manuscript. The cover was originally attached to the libretto but it is no longer so and was photographed separately.
